No. Unlike other external authentication systems we support, we don’t match any groups from Google Auth when bringing users into Looker.
You can make sure that each user lands in a single default role, but then you will still have to manually assign permissions and groups to users.
Hi @sam8 is this functionality on the roadmap, or is there a technical limitation that prevents it?
We’re using looker with a rather large team and manually tracking users and their associated permissions is difficult, especially considering we already have organisational level role groups set up within google auth itself.
