I need some help regarding Prototype user activity.
My app is:
App name: ACU Air Inspection
App ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
This app is an internal school facility management app. The intended users are only 5 staff members.
However, before I restricted access, several students accessed the prototype and used it for testing/playing purposes. As a result, the “Unique app user emails” section now shows 23 users.
I have already changed the security settings:
- Google sign-in is required.
- “Allow all signed-in users” is OFF.
- Only the 5 authorized staff members are listed under Manage users.
My question is:
Is there any way to reset, clear, or remove the historical Prototype user activity / Unique app user emails so that the previous unauthorized users no longer affect the prototype user limit?
I am asking because the app was not intended to be used by those students, and I would like to continue developing and testing the app with only the 5 authorized staff members.
If this cannot be reset by the app owner, is there a way for AppSheet Support to reset the historical prototype user count?
