Dear @prasad nikumbh,

The error “Could not resolve scope smartdocs.prod” indicates that Analytics is not enabled for the “prod” environment in “smartdocs” org.

Looks like you have a private cloud setup. If so, you can run the script enable-ax.sh for enabling analytics for “prod” org.

Run the script and let me know if it works.
