I’ve built an app to book rooms of a client’s property.
When the user books a room, he sees the correct date he has inputed (in IT format, that is dd/mm/yyyy)… but when he sees the calendar’s view these date has been translated into EN format (mm/dd/yyyy). So users who views the calendar’s view are in trouble.
This is the view of the booking just made:
and this is what the user see when click on the event inside the Calendario’s view:
this instead is the view Calendario:
so, the event from 4th to 7th of July becomes an event from 7th April to 7th July.

The user’s device must be configured with the correct locale.

Hi Steve, I don’t think is the correct solution.
Even in the preview app, I see the mismatch on dates.
This is the booking as the user sees (from 04th to 07th of July):
and this is the detail from the calendar’s view (that in it format will be from 07th of April to 07th of July):

Tengo el mismo problema, trato de usar todas las soluciones pero NO FUNCIONA.
Uso un calendario de Google y la configuración local es España, pero algunas fechas no son correctas, porque usan mm/dd/aaaa en lugar de dd/mm/aaaa.
Si cambio a: inglés local (América), la hora es mm/dd/aaaa, y funciona pero en el calendario pasa lo mismo que explica @SviluppoHW .
¿¿¿Qué puedo hacer???

Il calendario di google utilizza la data in formato “English (United States)”.
Al momento, per ovviare al bug, occorre impostare su DATA/TABLES/CALENDARIO/LOCALIZATION/DATA LOCALE la scelta formato “English (United States)”.
