Bug with the Map XY Base Image function?

Is there a bug with the XY Base Image function? I get the error “does not match the expected format of an AppSheet expression” for any expression I use.
The following error is from the Office Furniture Management Sample App.
Expression ‘https://storage.googleapis.com/geodata-appsheet-demos/office%20floorplan.jpg’ does not match the expected format of an AppSheet expression

I believe the column property was changed from a literal Url value to an expression, rendering existing URLs invalid. A quick fix would be to wrap the URL currently there in quotes.
