Bug: Unable to clear "Maximum Value" or "Minimum Value"

When setting the “Maximum Value” or “Minimum Value” settings, if either is set to any value, it becomes impossible to clear it normally. If you delete the number, it will be set to “0” as soon as you click away.

I was eventually able to set it to be blank by typing in ““ (two double quotes), but this is very unintuitive and I’m guessing it’s not meant to behave this way.

I’d suggest this get fixed, but also figured I’d make a post in case anyone else ever encountered this.

Yep, it’s been buggy for years (attn @Adam-google). Try clearing the value twice in a row: clear input field, leave field, return, clear again, leave again, should remain clear.

I eventually managed to get it working by entering double quotes (““).

My guess is maybe there’s a check somewhere that checks if the old value is equal to the new value and it treats null as zero or something :slight_smile:
