Buenas tardes tengo un error en una función de importar csv

Al querer importar un archivo csv me sale el siguiente error

Error: Row having key ‘HJ546KKL’ in table ‘alta alumnos escuela’ containing value ‘27/7/2021’ in field ‘Fecha de alta’ cannot be converted to type ‘Date’ using locale ‘English (United States)’.

Ya probe con la configuración regional de mi pc pero no logro corregirlo
