Bucket disappeared from GCP project

Yesterday, I successfully uploaded files to a bucket to use as a dataset for training AutoML. However, the training process was unsuccessful, and today I discovered that the bucket had disappeared. There was an error message in yellow that I don’t understand. Please advise on what I should do next. Thanks

Hello @sunabilty ,Welcome on Google Cloud Community.

Usually, the owner of a project pays for the costs related to using certain resources. However, if someone making a request specifies a different project to be billed, then that project pays instead.

When you turn on “Requester Pays” for your storage bucket, anyone who wants to access your data has to provide their own billing project. This way, their project gets charged for accessing the data, not yours. This is helpful if you have a lot of data that you want to share with others but don’t want to pay for their use of it.

You can disable this option, by following those steps:

  1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the Cloud Storage Buckets page.
  2. In the list of buckets, find the bucket you want to set and locate the Requester pays column.
  3. Click on this bucket and then click on Configuration

  1. Disable “Requestor Pays”
