Broken Automation Monitor

Hello,

I use Automation Monitor frequently to monitor my bots, but suddenly the list of applications changed. It previously showed three apps, and now only one appears. When I click on the remaining app, nothing happens.

Thank you.

Probably a bug. Please report it to Support.

Attn @Jose_Arteaga

Thanks @Steve !

Hello @second_tenant,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As Steve correctly states, it will be necessary for support by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Appsheet help

  2. Scroll down to the bottom, you will find a box with the following text

    Need more help?

    Try these next steps:

    Contact us
Tell us more and we’ll help you get there

  3. At this point you will be redirected to a three steps process in which users will possibly find answers to the query they have. Click Next

  4. Click Next Step

  5. Specify your preferred language and either click on Chat or e-mail

You may want to Enable AppSheet Support to access your app so that they can further analyze your case.

I hope this helps!

I’m also facing the same issue.

Hi @second_tenant,

I’m also facing the same issue.
Is there any update from the support team?

Sadly not, 5 days without response, i will send reminder this week

I’m wondering if your missing apps were transferred from another account. Because the only apps that are missing from my list were the ones transferred from my other account and that account is already removed from the apps.

Yes, for testing purposes i have done transfer app to another account, and after hour moved back to original account.

Support knows every detail from me.

@devingu, your team continues to fail.

i facing the same issue when i access to Automation monitor i didn’t found the opened app

Hello all,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

@second_tenant, Could you share the ticket number?

@Jose_Arteaga sure, ty! [1-3927000041076]

last mail response after chat with support, its not urgent for me, but looks like others have same issue

Thank you for your patience and for walking through those diagnostic tests with us, including creating the new test bot and checking the app copy.

Because the app copy successfully populated in the Automation Monitor while your primary app remains hidden from the left-hand navigation panel. The monitoring panel is currently failing to associate the primary app ID with your active bots.

We have escalated your case to our specialist team.

We will keep you updated as soon as the team finds any fix for your account.

Hi @Jose_Arteaga,

I’d like to provide more information for you.
Since there’s no direct Appsheet support anymore, I had to contact via Google Workspace support. My support case# is 74030244.

This is the response from support today:

Thank you for providing the App ID and confirming the current owner.

At this moment, I do not have any additional updates to share. I will continue reviewing the case and keep you informed as soon as more information becomes available.

Depending on the findings, the case may also need to be transferred to a specialized team for further investigation.

Thank you for your patience.

Seems like the support agent couldn’t help. Would you please raise this issue to the specialist team? It’s very difficult to debug my bot config if I can’t see the details in the Automation Monitor.

Hello @sak,

Thanks for sharing the ticket number. I will investigate and get back to you

Good news!

Our support team has confirming that they’ve pinpointed the root cause of the issue.

The engineering team is actively working on building the fix, and I’ll follow up with another update as soon as it’s ready and deployed

That’s great news.

Got a reply from support that issue was resolved, my monitor is working just like before.

Thank you.

Mine is also back to normal. Thank you.
