Hello,
I would like to better understand how pricing works for branded apps.
It requires a Core plan with at least 10 users.
Is it the number of users counted per application, or is it the total number of users?
I want to be sure before upgrading from a Starter plan to a Core plan.
If I have 10 applications and 15 users, and I enable “branded app” for each application, will I indeed be paying $10 × 15 users = $150 per month?
Thank you for your help.

In other words: If I subscribe to a per-user core plan and my plan already includes more than 10 user licences, the price will be the same regardless of the number of apps, branded or not, right ?
Hello @DavidFr27500,
It is based on the number of users per application so, if you have 10 applications and 15 users you would need to pay as follows:
| License type |
Cost |
| 1 Core License (Creator) User accessing 50 Apps * 10 USD |
10 USD |
| 15 User Pass License (App users) * 5 USD |
75 USD |
| Total |
85 USD |
Note that User Pass Licenses are assigned per application and Core License can create many applications.

Hello Jose,
I understand that user pass licenses are only available when subscribing through Google Workspace, and not through appsheet.com.
For each user, does the $5 User Pass licence need to be added on top of the cost of a Google Workspace subscription?
That is correct @DavidFr27500,
Every user would need a User Pass License per app.
Please take a moment to look through the listed articles. They clearly outline the details on how licenses can be administered.
