I try this for so long don’t where is the mistake. Two condition (1) Tool Missing (2) Tool rarely use. I created this expression and it does not seem to work.. IF(

It does not work. I change my way of branching. It it possible to have an expression that the Yes branch (Add Latest Stocktake) accept all condition and the no branch (Export Missing List) accept only column [MISSING signature] is signed off?
No, add another branch.
Your add another branch at the current NO branch i,e, Export Missing List and select the YES branch? See below what I try. THis is the expression in the added branch AND(
