My application was blocked for exceeding 10 users. I purchased 12 licenses on October 22, but my account is still blocked. I can’t access support to contact anyone because the email and chat options aren’t displayed. Do I have to wait a certain amount of time for it to be unblocked? How does this work?
If you deploy the app, you should be fine with your account.
