Billing charges continue after account disabled, need help to stop charges

A quick note: My sincere apologies for posting account-specific details in this public forum. I am only doing so as a last resort, as I have already submitted a formal appeal and have not received a response for several days. My disabled account continues to incur charges, and I have no means to stop them myself. I would be extremely grateful for any guidance or potential escalation from the community or staff here. Hello, my Google Cloud main account was disabled on 2025-08-01, and I cannot access the console. However, charges are still ongoing:

  • For example, on Oct 2, there was still a charge of $20.50 on my credit card
  • I received budget alert emails showing this month already exceeded 100% of the budget
  • Since the account is disabled, I cannot close the Billing Account or stop resources myself

This is urgent. I need Google Cloud Billing team support to:

  1. Verify the source of charges

  2. Close the billing account associated with this issue

  3. Stop further charges and confirm if a refund is possible
