Why am I still being charged, what appears to be a flat fee, for BigQuery BI engine?

I’m getting the charge on 2 different projects and one of the projects was recently deleted but continues to bill for “BigQuery BI Engine for US”.

When I go to the “BI Engine” section in BigQuery it asks if I want to enable the “Reservations API”.

I don’t see any other settings for BI Engine or how to disable it.

Hi, can I obtain a snippet that says that you’re still billed in BigQuery BI Engine even after deleting one of your projects?
