Hi

We have an app built to monitor sickness leave. Is there a way to send an email if an employee has been absent for over 7 days. They have to fill in the form and select the first date they were absent on, then when they have returned to work they edit the form and select the date that they returned.

So, the expression will work if it has been seven days since ‘First day unfit for work’ and they haven’t selected ‘Returned to work’.

To detect the failure to return to work, you’ll need a scheduled bot that looks for absentee records that do not have a return date and that have a start date at least seven days in the past.
