Automating a Behavior Action

Hello,

I’m new to Appsheets, so currently learning mostly from my mistakes, watching videos and reading support pages. I need a little help with the automation of an action. I’ve viewed the help sections etc, but nothing jumps out at me.

My question –

I have a ‘Notes Table’ where all customer notes will be held. I wish to automatically copy notes recorded as ‘new enquiries’ into the ‘Enquiry Table’.

I have created a behaviour action titled ‘New Enquiry’. The action works but relies on the manual clicking of the Action Icon.

How can I make it so the process takes place automatically?

Hi @Lee_Yanez,

Have you thought of making the action as an Event action on form save?

You can configure it in the form view under UX ->View–> Behavior option as shown below
Edit: Please simply select the action name against Form Saved Setting and in the action’s configuration pane, please make the action prominance as :Do not display"
