I’m wondering whether it is possible to migrate everything from one account to another (apps & subscriptions).
Reasoning:
I use my organisation email address and AppSheet creates different accounts for the same email when authenticated with different providers.
Currently my subscriptions and apps are on my Google Authenticated account and I need to migrate everything to my Microsoft Authenticated account.
Would there be a simple thing Google could do here or would all of the legwork of transferring ownership and having to subscribe twice during the transfer to prevent any disruption to my users be the only option?
This is a good question. I don’t recall this coming up before. I’d think it would be pretty simple, but I could also imagine it being difficult. It is something that AppSheet/Google would have to do; it’s not something you could do yourself. I suggest you contact Support.
When you create your AppSheet account, it uses the default auth provider and unfortunately you can’t change that later.. or neither devs as far as I remember.
If the data also needs to be transfered e.g from Google Drive to OneDrive, it’s better to copy your apps rather than transfer. Transfer don’t do anything with your data.. they will be still in Google Drive
