I’ve been using AppSheet for two years.
It’s a very easy and practical tool—I really like it.
However, comparing it to other low-code/no-code systems and keeping up with their progress, I feel like it’s lacking updates and more features.
Is there any chance of improvements in this area? Or is the focus now entirely on AI?
AppSheet is essentially stagnant. Updates are not announced, and significant changes are few and far between. It’s always possible they’re going to release a complete overhaul, but don’t count on it. Expect the AppSheet of today to be the same a year from now.
It really is sad.
A tool with so much potential and room for improvement, yet with no clear future.
I believe that, in the long run, it is more viable to look for another platform.
