Help! I have been exporting looker reports for clients. When attempting to edit these reports in Adobe Acrobat it is splitting all characters into seperate boxes. This was not an issue last month, through our testing we have determined it’s how looker is exporting the pdfs.
I have included two screenshots, the split edit boxes are from this month. The complete edit box is last month. No formatting has changed since then. We simply export the pdf with that months data and edit the totals where Looker hasn’t pulled data correctly. Editing each box individually is not an option either, as soon as the character is edited it drops below the original line of text as they are not correctly centred in the boxes.
What we’ve tested:
Different fonts
Different user logins
PDF’s that weren’t created with Looker
Reinstalling adobe
Reinstalling creative cloud fonts
Duplicated the report and re-exported
Changing background colour
Removing background colour all together
