Hi, I have seen that lately there have been no release notes or announcements…I want to know if this platform is being taken seriously & worked upon on…because a few of my projects depend on it..but i personally feel since the community page has changed things have been a bit off..

It was off for a bit before the switch, too.
My impression is that the team is too small and spread too thin. They’re perhaps distracted with AI integration, and with other integrations. They may also be overhauling the backend, which would explain some of the odd failures recently. Whatever the case, transparency and communication are at the bottom of their priority list, it seems (as has been the case for a long time).
It’s never a bad time to look at AppSheet’s competitors. Smaller companies will likely treat you better. If you have the technical inclination and your app needs are small and/or simple, you might also consider using AI to develop your own as a web app.

Hey Steve, this coming from you is a huge thing for me. I consider you as one of the pioneers for the platform. I am not a techie by background..to get a hold of appsheets was a learning curve in itself. And quite a few of our systems rely on it.
Do you completely work on appsheets or its just a basic tool for you?

My health hasn’t allowed me to work a traditional job in years, and I’ve been focused on AppSheet nearly that entire time. Until recently, my primary job was maintaining an AppSheet app for a small business, but that engagement has ended. I’m now exploring other projects, but continue to participate here.
