Are Prototype Appsheet Apps limited to 10 users only? if so is it possible to duplicate the same app and share it to another set of 10 users and use the same data source?
Prototype (which for some reason Google started treating like a “free plan” and added some other limitations) is to create a prototype, not to use extensively without paying.
AppSheet’s prototype is quite generous which has taken people to believe that they can use it for production apps and even try to come with workaround to not pay for a licence when they actually would need one, so I strongly suggest to avoid that.
Nothing prevents you to do it, as far as I can tell there are no ToS preventing you from creating copies of your app to allow more people to interact with your datasource, but it’s unpractical and, in my experience, should be avoided.
If you have a setup/app/system worth using, it should be worth paying for it
Thank you very much for clearing out on this, I do agree there are a lot of limitations with the prototype like setting up the automations and only the app creator is listed in it as valid user to the AppSheet.
