Hi, I’m currently working on the AI Agent Bonus Milestone, but I’m unable to complete it because my Google Cloud billing account was unexpectedly closed.
My project shows BILLING_DISABLED, although my Google Skills account still has 723 credits remaining. I have already contacted Google Skills Support and am waiting for their response.
Has anyone experienced the same issue, or is there a specific way to restore the billing access for this Arcade milestone?
You must activate a billing account within your personal profile to proceed this is independent of your credit’s balance.
i am getting error while accessing the lab in the course "Engineer AI Agents with Agent Development Kit (ADK) ", i did tried in incognito mode and try to add third party cookies ,
please be suggest how to overcome as i am getting same error in other labs ,google help desk couldnt able to resolved this previously and its still open in their end before -

My billing account was previously active and linked to my project, but it now shows as closed. I still have 723 Google Skills credits remaining and my free trial should not have expired yet.
Is the Arcade AI Agent Bonus Milestone expected to require a personal paid billing account, or should the existing Google Skills credits/free trial be sufficient?
I have already contacted Google Skills Support and am waiting for their response.

You must have a valid billing account, whether personal or paid. If your free trial has expired, you will need to set up a personal billing account.
I am eligible for the Arcade Facilitator 2026 Bonus Milestone and have completed the required eligibility criteria. However, I am unable to complete Step 2 (Google Cloud Free Trial signup) because Google Cloud’s billing verification repeatedly fails with error OR_BACR2_44.
I attempted UPI verification twice and ₹2 was deducted each time (₹14 total), but the Cloud Billing Account was never activated. I cancelled the UPI AutoPay mandates. I also contacted Google Cloud Support, and after investigation they informed me that my information could not be verified and they could not activate my Cloud Billing Account.
Since Step 2 is mandatory for the Bonus Milestone, I am currently unable to proceed to Step 3 (creating the AI agent) and Step 4 (submitting the Project ID and Billing Account ID).
Could you please advise whether there is an alternative verification method or a manual exception/validation process for participants who are unable to activate the Free Trial because of a Google Cloud billing verification failure? I would like to complete the Bonus Milestone and earn the additional 10 Bonus Points.

I’m facing the same issue with the Arcade Facilitator 2026 Bonus Milestone. I’m eligible for the milestone, but I’m unable to proceed because the Google Cloud billing verification/Free Trial signup is failing.
I have tried the available verification steps, but the billing account could not be activated, which prevents me from completing the remaining steps of the milestone.
Hopefully, Google Cloud can provide an alternative verification method or a manual exception for participants who are genuinely unable to complete the Free Trial signup because of this verification issue.
I’m also interested in knowing if anyone has found a working solution for this problem. If there is an official workaround, please share it here.

I tried signing up for the Google cloud free trial but I am not able to find the UPI option ,can someone please tell me why is it not showing up?

Hello @Yugali ma’am could you please check the GEAR BADGE because 3rd and 4th skill badges lab has so many issues please check it . I’m exhausted that lab gives me same error, i have tried multiple time this lab internal issues.

Why for every program pre payment and trial is being made compulsory, even the apac program it was the same.
If this is free trial why I am being asked to do a pre payment ?
Looks like google officially scamming people by telling them to start trial program.

Hi Yugali, I have a question regarding the skill badges for the Arcade Facilitator 2026 Bonus Milestone.
I completed this skill badge a few months ago, before this milestone was announced. Is it possible to reset or retake a skill badge that I have already earned so that it counts toward the current milestone?

Already added payment method then why this extra payment of Rs.1000

I have completed all the requirements for the Bonus Milestone but among the 4 required skill badges I had completed 2 of them before 13 July. So the are not being counted for the criteria fulfillment.
I tried and completed the updated version of the labs again but still no update in the progress report.
Can anyone please help in figuring out a way to overcome this issue.
