Appsheet user pass license for external users

Hi.

Recently we have started using a 3rd party for appsheet support and transitioned to the new appsheet licenses, part of this was incorporating google workspace. They told us the legacy licensing will roll out eventually. We were told our internal user’s licenses needs to be assigned for the enterprise pro license. Which is fine. But we have external users too.

So we are looking for ways to assign 3rd party licenses to the new appsheet license. An option for this is appsheet users pass.

Question: If we purchase the appsheet user pass for external users ( multiple companies with multiple email variations) does anyone know if every email can be assigned a license regardless of which company is from, and if it needs doing every time a new 3rd party starts using our apps so basically constant upkeeping with data change?

Would it be in Appsheet admin console or Google workspace?
Any info is appreciated.

The short answer is yes, you might want to check on the Share: The Essentials’ article but in a nutshell you could share your apps with a restricted audience by individual users, all users in a domain, by signed-in users, or existing domain groups. There is also an option to make your app public with a Publisher Pro license.
