We are having a weird syncing concern with Appsheets on Android and Apple devices.
When a questionnaire is submitted the AppSheet will attempt to upload the survey, but will get stuck on the sync screen, then give a duplicate error message, even when nothing is touched, when the user selects cancel, the app will store the “non-synced” audit and continue to submit the audit over and over, while saying it cannot be synced.
I have over 150 of the same audit, but the app says it was never synced. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I still get the same problem.
