Our business depends heavily on Appsheet for daily operations, including producing business vital PDF documents such as quotes, RMAs, and so forth. As of about 3 pm ET yesterday 9/17/26, appsheet stopped producing PDF’s for anyone in our company. No updates have been made to our app in the last 24 hours, certainly none that should affect pdf production (automation). Is there a way to find out if there’s a system problem and not our app?
Our automations are actually completed, but if a pdf generation is included in the process the email just does not come through, if I create a bot with just an email notification, for the same table, same action, the bot gets triggered. Seems like the PDF generation still fails in the background.

The best answer for me ended up being using an App Script work-around to merge Appsheet table data with a Google Docs template, so I didn’t have to count on the bot to fire. My process is best not completely automated, so having a browser tab come up to tell me that my process had completed is no problem.

To the best of my knowledge this issue has been resolved. Have you reached out to the Support Team?, did they share a bug ID number?
The issue has been resolved, I have contact support and the root cause is not bug. We have exceed the bot quota.
