Appsheet offline mode downloading stuck at 0 / 793

It is stuck on downloading 0 / 793 on all android phones and tablets. doesn`t work offline. It works fine online.

no error messages, just stuck at 0 with a greyish red bar.

I have tried deleting cache, deleting data, reinstalling.. nothing works

If the offline sync is stuck at 0, it usually means the device isn’t able to download and cache the initial dataset from the backend. In AppSheet, check Manage > Offline & Sync in the app editor and ensure “Store content for offline use” is enabled. Large datasets or slow connections can cause stalls, so try reducing initial sync size by filtering views or disabling unnecessary tables in offline mode. Also confirm the app version is current and that the backend data source (Sheets, SQL, etc.) is accessible without delay, as offline sync still requires a successful initial load before caching.

Hi,

I have disabled and enabled " Manage > Offline & Sync" several times,.. edited most if not all image rows into text.. yet it is still stuck at 0 / 5.. i am using a free plan.

Are the images available offline? Perhaps the counter is broken.

The images are stored in google drive. works completely without error online, and image files are private.

I don`t think it’s a counter issue, initially it is stuck at 0 / 793, then the advice I got is to try optimizing the image.. so i decided to disable the images by changing every image columns from “image” type to “text”.. then when i resync it is still stuck at 0 / 5..

after reenabling images, it is still stuck at 0 / 793. and completely unavailable offline. with the error “Webpage not available”. “ERR_FAILED”

I could`ve swore offline mode works last year or a couple months ago.
