I know this question has been asked before but no real answer has been provided.
Basically: gforms → Responses on sheet → Appsheet Event → Bot firering on app
But for some time the bot does not activate anymore. I still have the sheet checked in Event though…

There was a recent answer about how if the data entered via GForm did not meet validation from the app, it wouldn’t trigger the Bot.

No, sorry, I can’t find it. ( @Steve , do you remember posting this? )
The basic gist was that if the data in the row did not meet any of the validation rules (matches to column type, and any valid_if , possibly more), then the bot wouldn’t trigger.
You can try this: find the record in question within the app, open it to edit, then without changing anything simply click save. Does it allow you to save, or is there some validation issue?
Note that if it does allow you to save, this is not a comprehensive test, there could be false negatives and it could still be some validation issue. Or it could be something completely different.
