My clients got a strange error today that I have never seen, no change to the app was made recently.
Just one time? If so, ignore it. One-off errors often reflect a transient internal problem. The text of the error certainly suggests an internal problem. Internal problems should be taken to Support.
Thank Steve,
I got onto the clients PC, it was on browser and had 50 Syncs stuck after this error occurred.
I duplicated the browser tab and opened app again, which in turn led to that second tab Syncs to start counting down and finish..
When it finished, there were no errors however I found one of the records uploaded file with a error on the detail page.
Seems to me the source file during upload must have had issues or user moved/deleted it after selecting it in app..
I think this is on you. With the duplicate tab, you have two instances of the app attempting to process the same queue. One app handled the file, then the other tried to do the same thing but the file was gone.
It is a weird one, I do agree this a once off error.
Each record uploads a file, the other 49 files were all successful loaded when second tab finished it’s sync, the first tab never got out of its frozen sync state.
I suppose client is lucky they don’t have to reinput all 50 entries, small win:tada:![]()
