Hi Appsheet Teams,
I have been facing with my AppSheet account. My AppSheet account is registered under the email address example@gmail.com.
The problem I am encountering is that when I open AppSheet on my desktop, I find myself simultaneously logged into two different places:
- The AppSheet desktop application.
- The AppSheet Admin panel.
This dual login situation is causing a security concern for me. I am worried that someone with access to the Admin panel might edit or delete my AppSheet account unintentionally or maliciously.
I am reaching out to seek assistance and guidance on how to ensure that I can log in to AppSheet only in one location at a time, either in the desktop application or the Admin panel, but not both. This would greatly enhance the security of my AppSheet account.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a solution to this issue or guide me on how to set up my account to avoid this dual login scenario.
If you are logged in to an account with your device, you are able to open either the app or the editor. Unfortunately there is no way to avoid this. If you need to control this, you would need to use two different Appsheet accounts, one for editing and one for using the app.

This is not a solution. If I log in with another Google Account, I still encounter the same problem.
Account#1 is for editing and Account#2 for using the app. If you don’t login with the Account#1 on your device, you are not able to open the editor with knowing that account’s PW.

You are right. But why is one login and login in two places?
If you don’t want that the app user is able to open the app from the editor (if you sharing the device with another user), then these two accounts are needed.

There are bugs here that need fixing by the AppSheet team. The user and admin panels are currently in separate locations. If a user has shared a link to use it, their login should be in one place.
What do you mean by that? Prontscreen maybe..
