It appears the problem was with CloudFlare, and that they’ve fixed it. Is everyone okay now?

Cloudflare is in middle of datacenter upgrades this month, we suspect this is cause of heightened issues with Cloudflare. We had a one outage this morning between 9:00 am and 10:00 am PST.
