I would like to clarify AppSheet pricing for our company before deploying our time-tracking application.
Our current setup: We currently have a Google Workspace Standard subscription for 2 users (business email accounts).
Our requirements: We have 12 employees in total who will use the mobile app for daily time entries. The app requires user-based security features (Row-Level Security by email) and standard automations, which corresponds to the AppSheet Core plan.
My questions:

Since Google Workspace Standard seems to include AppSheet Core licenses for our 2 existing Workspace accounts, do I need to purchase 10 additional AppSheet Core licenses or 12 standalone licenses to cover the entire team?

If the 10 field workers do not need a full Google Workspace email account (but log in using a personal Google account or a free Cloud Identity account), what is the most cost-effective way to assign them an AppSheet Core license?

What would be the exact additional monthly/annual cost to expect on top of our current subscription?
