Appsheet - Cannot connect to MariaDB (managed in CPanel WHM)

Hi all,

really need a help on this:

I trying to connect Appsheet to Could database MariaDB, where the MariaDB is hosted and managed in CPanel WHM. I have whitelist all the IP listed here

but still cannot connect to the MariaDB. anyone has experience this and solve it?

I assume you have the information for the red highlighted boxes and have tried filling them in to establish a connection?
