I’m experiencing an issue with my AppSheet application where the app remains blocked even after upgrading the subscription plan.
Details:
The plan upgrade has been completed successfully
Payment has already been processed
The app is still showing as blocked for users
I have tried syncing and refreshing the app, but the issue persists
This is currently affecting our daily operations.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
Is there any additional step required after upgrading (e.g., redeploying the app, checking licenses, or waiting for propagation)?

Your best bet is to contact Support. They might have a way to propagate your upgrade quicker. I see you’ve already tagged Jose, who may be able to help, too. Offering advice is the extent of my capabilities.

I see your applications are still in prototype mode and in one of them you have 8 monthly users. This shouldn’t be an issue because app is not deployed yet but when you deploy it you will need licenses for your users. As of now, I recommend:
