Appsheet API or Zapier or Google Scripts

I’m reading a lot on posts and comments for the API and integration with Zapier. I’m not married to this idea but would like to hear other feedback. In general, what is the most efficient method of achieving the scenario below? Whether it’s thru Zapier or some other method?

Appsheet creator can update a calendar from appsheet that mirrors/feeds a calendar on a simple html webpage. Users can then visit that webpage and create events on the calendar that are then updated/posted back to the appsheet calendar.

It depends on where is the data your calendar sees.

Maybe you don’t even need an API.

But in general I would say that the AppSheet API is enough
