AppSheet API Condition Match = FALSE but field has clearly been set for a TRUE match

Hi everyone, I have a simple webhook setup to update 2 fields in the Prospects table with data from the Quote table. I’m getting a False on MatchesCondition but the conditional field was updated for the TRUE match. What could I be missing? Any help would be outstanding - Thanks

Is that via an action or by app formula or some other way? I am wondering if it could be because of some other dependency.
