Hello Reader ,

I have two apps one for requesters and the other for the approvers.

when requester submits request from requester app it goes to approver side , I have set up the email workflows . There are 4 levels of approval in here

so when the requester submits the request from the requester app mail goes to the the 1st level approver ie line manager , so in that email i have used ROW WEB LINK but this one takes the approver who has got the email to requester side app but i want a link in the email which should take the 1st approver to the approver side app , so the approver can edit the request and act on it…

can you please tell me how can i achieve this

i am building something like that. you can adjust the views and columns to appear or hide based on the user role and approver tier also.

then you can use the email function, just as reminder or physical notice to say, “Hey, you got something to approve.” thus will reduce your effort in setting the column types in two different apps using “as i assume” the same tables.
