Apply UserID for Test SAS Portal

Hi ,

I want to apply a userID for test SAS & SAS portal.

Can you guide me how to apply it?

Can you please expand on what you mean when you say “apply a user ID”? If you mean “How do I create a new user ID”, this is accomplished by creating a new deployment in your Portal account. Please see below for an example screenshot:

Please note that to do this in the test SAS, your organization needs an existing test SAS Portal account. If your organization does not have an existing test SAS account, please note that new test SAS accounts are only available to device vendors who wish to perform interoperability testing.

I didn’t have an existing test SAS account, I would like to apply a new one, can you let me know how to start?

Below is the “UserID” column , can I make a name for the UserID?

Hi James,

I had send question to the “sas-support@google.com” , however, there is no response.

Is the email still work?

This is because sas-support@google.com is only available under special circumstances and the email you sent did not have many details. I have instructed the team to re-open your ticket.
