Application Documentation export omits Automation, app-level settings, and toggle-based column requirements

I use the Application Documentation export as a configuration record for my app. Comparing a 370-page export against the Editor, three categories are missing entirely.

1. Automation

The export has no Automation section. The strings “Event name”, “Task name” and “Run this process” do not appear even once in the document.

My bots are visible only indirectly, as the system tables they generate, listed among my data tables with names like:

  • Process for Delete Preferences Row by deleting UserAccount
  • Delete The preferenced row Output

Their triggering event, conditions, steps and Bypass security setting are nowhere in the document.

2. The Require toggle on columns

“Required_If” appears 314 times but is null for every column where I enabled the simple Require toggle instead of writing an expression. Only expression-based requirements are written out.

Reading the export back, a mandatory field is indistinguishable from an optional one.

3. App-level settings

Theme, brand, localization, offline and sync settings do not appear anywhere in the export.

The document contains only four sections: Tables, Views, Format Rules and Actions.

Security filters and Delete-triggered bots, which I reported as missing earlier, do now appear correctly.

Is the export intended to cover these areas, or is it limited to those four sections by design?

It has always (since late 2010s) been thus.
