I have a question how many others domain users can I share a App if I have Appsheet core license.
If you have appsheet core license, then every user you add/Invite has to be paid, but if you keep you app in prototype mode then you can add 9 other outside users free of cost but with limitations.

I have appsheet core license which comes from corporate ID how many normal @gmail users can I send for use the app.
If you don’t deploy your app and keep in prototype mode you can add 9 more users with gmail account for free, but with limitations.
You can share your app to as many of your other corporate domain users as you want as an Appsheet Core license is included for each user on your domain. This is a published app as well so all email sending bots will send to the correct person instead of the App Creator.
However, you then changed your mind about the same domain and then asked for people with an @gmail.com address. For this situation, if you publish your app then every @gmail account will need a license to use your app. If you do NOT publish your app then you can share with up to 9 different @gmail users…but your bots will not send email…only to the app creator.
