App responding to simple formulas

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to create an app that I can input data into and it uses simple Google Sheets formulas to output data that I can then print a PDF report from the app.

E.g. Input 2 in on box, then Input 3 in another box and Outputs 5 in the box which will then be added to the report.

Is there such a thing?
