Hope you are keeping well, Can you check if there is some sort of degradation occurring in the API accessing sheets this morning. Perhaps a limit of some sort being hit when users all sync apps in morning at the office to go into the field.
I have had ridiculous amount of error logs this morning, randomly failing to access the resource due to slow table loading. It is different tables failing at different occasions. Usually sync is 4-7s on any given day.
Hello @Denzil_Snyman, I checked with the support team and there were apparently no issues reported with the degradation of app performance. It would be helpful if you can provide a support ticket number as this will allow them to review your app configuration, and analyze audit logs to provide a more detailed resolution.
I am so hesitant to do another ticket as I feels they never get resolved, excuse me for being despondent. I already have two extremely important tickets open that are still unresolved in other threads. Even as an Enterprise Plus user there is no priority support as advertised.
