I created an app that I shared with my colleague. I listed him as an admin. However, he is unable to see the app in “shared with me.” Is there a reason for this? We would like to fix this to ensure he has seamless access to the app.

Has he accepted the invite sent to his email?
He has access to the app, he just can’t see it through the “shared with me” section. So he accepted it at some point
“Accepting the invite” is not a requirement.

Perhaps he’s part of an organization that limits sharing?
We are a part of the same organization / have the same domain email; I have the settings so that anybody in the organization can access the app.
May be a bug. Please contact AppSheet Support for help with this.
