APP DOWN: Client users unable to access app and have domain security in place

  • We have the client’s domain source defined and selected
  • We have Restrict by Domain set to the client’s domain
  • We have Authentication groups in place with App Role and App version Default set

I can log in without issue but the users in the domain cannot access the app and receive the following.

Chat support is unavailable even though the hours of operation says they should be available??

I removed the authentication group and re-added it and received this error

Error code: InternalServerError Error message: Unable to find target address Stack trace: at System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1.GetResultCore(Boolean waitCompletionNotification) at DomainProviders.ActiveDirectoryProvider.<>c__DisplayClass8_0.b__0() at MicrosoftProvider.MicrosoftGraphUtilities.ExecuteWithRetry(Action operation, String accessToken, Exception& fatalException, Int32 userId, Int32 maxRetryCount, String debugInfo) Debug information: Method: DomainGroups Request Url: https://graph.microsoft.com:443/v1.0/groups

We haven’t encountered any issue yesterday so the chat support should be available.

@Daisy_Ramirez I am curious what did you observe yesterday when you said it’s available? Very long waiting time? Chat option greyed out? Could you please shed some light here please? Thanks.

@devingu

My suggestion to you is you better to address the actual issue @Daisy_Ramirez has been expereiencing with top priority in order to solve rather then prioritizing the Chat availability issue which could be secondary issue here…

Thanks @devingu . @Koichi_Tsuji is right we still have the issue. We had to remove domain authentication for the client and input all emails manually to get them up and running. The client was using the system with the domain authentication in place and at 2pm US central they received the above error. Can someone provide a checklist of configuration items to check possibly on the client side so we can troubleshoot the issue? The client has checked their logs on O365 but no anomalies. I’ve checked here but was unable able to find any references. Domain authentication was one of the reasons the client decided to purchase the Enterprise Plan and they’re currently unable to use it. Ticket 2-0302000033891 was generated for the issue.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
