App dint load successfully

have reinstalled my chrome but have tried to access my app but am getting this error
“app dint load successfully. please contact app creator” kind help out

Open your app in the app editor. You will likely find errors listed in the Info >> Errors tab.

You’ll need to fix the problems listed there.
