App deletion when owner retires

I’m Japanese, so I’m sorry for my poor English.
I’m using App Sheets, but the owner of the app has left the company, so the app
cannot be deleted.
Is there a way to remove something like this?
Please lend me your help.

If you don’t have control over the app owning account, then you might be out of luck. Do you have control over the data itself? You can at least remove permissions there, or move the data somewhere else.

Are you on Enterprise plan?
