My question is, how and what can I do If I have 3 entries in Why 1 that is connected to other Why’s. Is it possible here in appsheet?
Example is this template:
How can I allow the users to add freely on as many as they want in identifying causes?

One way to do this is to have the following tables with the indicated relations
PROBLEMS
WHYS: has ref to PROBLEMS and ref to itself
ROOT CAUSES: has ref to WHYS
With these you can have something like this.
