I am currently completely locked out of testing it due to a billing/license error, and I cannot get the app to sync.
The Error: On the web previewer, I get a gray screen that says: “Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed. You can update your plan in the Account page.” On my mobile device, the app simply refuses to sync.
My Current Setup & Steps Taken:
-
Previous Usage: Last month, I had 4 unique test users accessing the app.
-
Current Usage: I have removed all other users. I am the only person using/testing the app now.
-
Billing: I just purchased a 1-user Starter Plan for my account.
-
App Status: The app is currently in the “Not Deployed” (Prototype) state.
-
Deployment Check: I ran the deployment check, and everything passed perfectly (no errors, just standard warnings). It does not appear that I am using any Core features that would force an upgrade.
My Question: I suspect I am being blocked by the 30-day rolling window for active users (AppSheet is still counting the 3 users I removed). Since I cannot contact support directly from my account right now, how can I clear this 30-day cache or force the system to recognize my 1 paid license so I can resume testing my workflow? Do I really have to buy 4 temporary licenses just to unblock my app for the month, or is there a way to reset this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
