Hello AppSheet support team!
My app is blocked with the error “Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”
Details:
- App ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
- Account: (PII Removed by Staff)
- Current plan: AppSheet Starter (active, paid — $10/month for 2 users, latest invoice from Aug 15, 2026 is paid)
- App Info page shows no warning icon, and “Minimal plan needed” matches my current plan (Starter)
- I previously found my connected database showing status “Deleted” — I restored it, and it now shows “Active” with 17 tables, loading correctly in the editor’s Data tab
- Despite this, the app still won’t load for any user (including the owner account), both in the web editor preview and in the mobile app
Could you please help unblock my app? Thank you for your support!
