I created an app that doesn’t exceed the free user limit. Now it’s showing as blocked and asking me to subscribe to the Starter plan.

@Jorge_Quintana’s application currently has 5 monthly users, while the user only has one license. We have recommended buying user pass licenses for the application.
Closing the loop on this… the problem was that a deployed application only had 1 license and 5 month users. The app was “undeployed” and everything is working fine now.
