App blocked - exceeded free plan user limit

Hi,

My app got blocked because I had 4 users on the free plan without realizing the limit was 3. I was just testing with my own emails, didn’t know it would block the app.I’ve removed one user and it’s back to 3 now. Account warning is also cleared. But app is still blocked.

Please help. Thanks

Thanks for confirming everything is working fine now! Just to clarify, the monthly users count resets once a month close to the date when you created your account or payment was made.
